Hotel Tropicana Grand Azure Resort Sharm

10 night holiday. Young couple: 24-25years old
Hotel: Cleanliness excellent. Very efficient staff who are also very friendly and always willing to help. We had a Superior Twin room which was very basic just beds and bathroom. This was slightly disappointing however we spent very little time there.

All the swimming pools looked beautiful and the children in the resort seemed to enjoy them a great deal especially the water slides. We spent most of our time on the beach which is accessible to other hotels and resorts in the area. Although saving sunbeds is prohibited people still do so this is the best option. We would go down at 9 then pop to have breakfast and return to our beds soon after. We always got a great location, with good view and windbreaker. Beach entertainment was fun; lots going on including ‘Botcha’, Vollyball and dance classes. The entertainment is mostly Italian but they accomodate all nationalities very well. there’s pool and table tennis if you fancy getting out of the sun.

Food was great. You have to book an a la carte at 10am the day before you want to go. We managed to get in to one everynight of our holiday! Meditterannean was best (Morrocan type dishes including a fantastic mixed grill), then Italian (beautiful steak), then Chinese (which is the most popular probably due to the English!!) and finally the Fish restaurant which was the only disappointment. Very poor especially considering it’s right on the beach. Buffet restaurant was also good. Glad to report no stomach upsets here!

One negative point the bars were quite small with slow staff so at times, particularly before dinner, there was quite a substantial wait. There should be more bars for the volume of people in the hotel.

If you want a relaxing beach holiday, beautiful sea with lots of fishes to see with a simple snorkel and goggles this is the place. I would rate it four star. There is room for improvement; it is no frills or individual attention and at times, especially on arrival, you feel herded about like sheep, but overall it delivers and I came back very satisfied that I’d got value for money.

Just back after a week at the resort. Its a good hotel with an imposing entrance, lovely grounds with well kept gardens. The facilities are generally excellent. The speciality dining rooms are well worth the hassle of queuing up to book for.

However the main Marrakesh dining room food left a lot to be disired. The standard was similar to 3 star hotels in Spain which we stayed in years ago, and on occasions the lunch time food appeared to be what had been on the previous evenings menu.
The cafe on the beach and the Pizza grill are well worth going to during the day time.
As far as the rooms are concerned we booked a deluxe room. I would hate to see what a standard room consisted of. The furniture was quite shabby and definately needs refurbishment.
The swimming pools are excellent and you always manage to get a sunbed even if the towel boy has to find it for you.
Generally we had a great holiday and I would even recommend this hotel but it is definately not a 5 star

My family and I really enjoyed this holiday. We were all inclusive, so plenty to drink and eat whenever you want. It also has its own water slide which is fun for one or two goes a day. The staff are averagely friendly, you will find some who are not helpful and some that are. I would recommend tiping on the first day at the swim up bar and the lobby bar, then that waiter will remember you for the rest of your stay and serve you quickly.
The only downfall to this holiday was all four of us got diarohea at some point in the holiday, I ended up staying in bed for a full day with sickness and diarohea. I was drinking plenty of water, so I put this down to the heat or food poising. The food was fairly average though, for a five star hotel I would have expected a better range of food.

We also went to the pyramids in Cairo one of the days which was absolutely amazing and I would definatly recommend this if you are travelling to Egypt. We flew from sharm to Cairo as the bus journey wastes a lot of your holiday and will leave you exhausted. We also went on a boat trip around part of the island. We stopped off at several points to do snorkelling which was amazing, there how beautiful fish in the sea. I would definatly recommend the pyramids and the boat road with the snorkelling.

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the Three Corners Saint George. What a fantastic holiday, thank you to all the staff, our children were so upset to leave, they wanted to live at the hotel!!!!.
A huge shout out to the animation team, hats off to you all, you made us totally de-stress we had great fun!!! Especially Jodie, Jaden and Maddie (That Way)!
The hotel was spotless and the rooms were excellent very large with a huge patio/balcony overlooking the pool and our room man cleaned thoroughly and placed fresh towels daily.
Yes, the food was slightly repetitive but if you go on any 2 week holiday you will find this to be the case, we were concerned about mealtimes initially, but our children 7 yrs and 4 yrs eat well at every meal time which we were amazed at, they thoroughly enjoyed the food!!!
With regard to upset tummies, the only link we could come up with, as my husband and myself contracted the ‘Pharos Revenge’ would be down to too many cocktails and egyptian beer, as our children eat the same as us and were fine for the whole 2 week stay. If you do find yourself struck down with upset tummies the pharmacy next door to the hotel gave us the egyptian version of Immodium known as Anatalin and this cured us within 2 days and we were back on the cocktails before we knew it!! Yipee!!
The pools were amazing as was the beach, and all the staff were very friendly and very helpful. All in all to sum up, we would highly recommend this hotel. We would return here in future.

This was by far the best hotel I’ve been to. The hotel staff were amazing, The Three Corners Saint George hotel itself was very clean and the food was outstanding, I couldnt have wished for more, well worth the money. I will be rebooking to go back in december this year . I would like to thank everybody in thest george for a wonderful holiday and some of the best memories and cant wait to see everyone again. A special big thankyou to Mr Hany for all his help with my western union dilemma. I have and will continue to recommend st george to everyone i know as its perfect in everyway. See you all soon Rachel x x

Please thank all staff for a great holiday for making us feel so welcome they always had a smile on thier faces and were great with the children. The room were clean and roomy the pool bar at the childrens pool was always had a welcome face. The resturant was well stocked at all meals with plenty to eat. Please pass our thanks onto Islam the bell boy who was very helpful at all times with a smile on his face.We will be back next year.

The Three Corners Palmyra Resort was lovely. The staff were great and as I contacted them before hand to tell them we were on our honeymoon they couldn’t do enough to help us. They also upgraded our room and gave us a lovely meal by the pool. The room itself was very nice and had everything we needed while we were there. The cleaning staff made lovely towel scultors which they even personalised with our glasses on occasions. The main resturant was not to bad and was kept very clean. The food was OK however there was not much variety and after the first week started to make us feel sick as it was the same thing every day. Otherwise we had a fantastic time

Would only recomend staying for a week though as the food was not varied enough.

We arrived at the Three Corners Palmyra Resort and were immediately impressed with the grounds, the swimming pool and our room.
The pools were very active during the day, and the animation team were amazing! Especially, Tito, Sascha and Hayya. Thanks for being so great!
The food was NOT brilliant, rice chips and pasta every lunch and tea! If there was anything this hotel could change it definately had to be the food!
The restaurant staff were fantastic. Great service and always smiling. Bob, Aymon, Mohammed(smiler), Mohammed(green eyes), Hamada and Shawky. Love you all!!!
The staff in this hotel made the holiday for us, wouldnt be the same without any of them!
Islam the bell boy was very helpful, HARDWORKINGG!!! and very very funny + friendly.
We would definatly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun holiday.

This holiday was a last minute thing due to swine flu outbreak. We had to change our holiday 10 days before departure and there was no disapointment whatsoever from the Kiroseiz Three Corners.

Every member of staff that walked past us greeted us with a cheery hello or good morning and could not do enough for you.

We spent most of our sunbathing around the water park and the attendents hany and ahmed were fab, telling us to ask if we needed anything at all. the umberella putting up, the bed moving, absolutely anything, they were more than happy to help and this can be said for all other members of staff working at the Kiroseiz.

Tt was not a dirty hotel as i have read, the windows were cleaned every day, dirty ashtrays were removed from your table after every cigarrette smoked and replaced with a clean one, the gardeners were out daily, they floors were pressure cleaned every day and the room and lounge areas were immaculate. regardless of sharm being part of the desert, i didnt see any kind of dust on any of the floors. Yes there were cans and paper cups underneath the stairwell outside but, to be fair, if the tourists had the decency to respect the hotel then the staff wouldnt have to walk round cleaning up after them would they????? and i am pretty damn sure they dont get paid enough money to be doing this.

The buffet restaurant wasnt fantastic as you couldnt really make a meal out of what was being offered but, there was always something for everybody to eat, nobody would go hungry. again the cleanliness of the restaurants was spot on. There is the option to eat in the italian- DOLCE VITA, or the indian THE BUKHARA, both of which are fabulous and great value for money. Although you are all inclusive, these restaurants are not a part of this although they are on the complex. Drinks are all inclusive and you will recieve 30LE, per person from your bill if you choose a starter and main course. The steak in the italian was out of this world and not expensive at all, for this reason we ate in here 3 nights out of 7!! Again the staff are fantastic, replacing your drink when it is nearly finished, without even asking them and always asking how the meal tastes and if everything is ok!

The pools were clean and there is enough sunloungers for everybody so there is no need to get up extra early to get a bed.

Tt is in a great location, not too far away from naama bay, and taxis stop every minute if you walk along the main road. it is better to get in one of theses taxis rather than the kiroseiz limosuines, they are more expensive. Dont forget to negotiate your price before you sit in the cab.

Tips are a big thing for the egyptian people and the staff in the hotel deserve them, they work long hours in the extreme heat but are still always smiling regardless.

I will definatley be returning to Kiroseiz Three Corners and doing some more interesting and fun excursions. It is a beautiful complex in a beautiful resort in a beautiful country. Great value for money and i am definatley missing the place after being home for nearly a week cant wait to return

This hotel is very clean and tidy, it is well set out and is ideal for couples, families and singles. The food is excellent with a great choice everyday. There is always a lot going on in the hotel and the Animation team work hard to ensure your stay is enjoyable . There are games and events all day and night and are suited to all ages and likes. The amenities are excellent and the rooms are kept to very high standards . I would recommend this hotel to any traveller you are sure to have a great time any age. Scott and mido on the Animation team are characters make sure you look them up !!!!

The Three Corners Kiroseiz hotel is fantastic, the service the staff give you is amazing the rooms are very spacious and the pool areas are very clean and tidy.. the animation team are very good they keep you going your whole holiday.. cheers guys we love you!!!! the bar staff never leave you with a glass empty and they are always very friendly, i cant wait to go back.. thanks kiroseiz.
