Hotel Three Corners Saint George Sharm Holiday Reviews

Hotel Three Corners Saint George Sharm

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the Three Corners Saint George. What a fantastic holiday, thank you to all the staff, our children were so upset to leave, they wanted to live at the hotel!!!!.
A huge shout out to the animation team, hats off to you all, you made us totally de-stress we had great fun!!! Especially Jodie, Jaden and Maddie (That Way)!
The hotel was spotless and the rooms were excellent very large with a huge patio/balcony overlooking the pool and our room man cleaned thoroughly and placed fresh towels daily.
Yes, the food was slightly repetitive but if you go on any 2 week holiday you will find this to be the case, we were concerned about mealtimes initially, but our children 7 yrs and 4 yrs eat well at every meal time which we were amazed at, they thoroughly enjoyed the food!!!
With regard to upset tummies, the only link we could come up with, as my husband and myself contracted the ‘Pharos Revenge’ would be down to too many cocktails and egyptian beer, as our children eat the same as us and were fine for the whole 2 week stay. If you do find yourself struck down with upset tummies the pharmacy next door to the hotel gave us the egyptian version of Immodium known as Anatalin and this cured us within 2 days and we were back on the cocktails before we knew it!! Yipee!!
The pools were amazing as was the beach, and all the staff were very friendly and very helpful. All in all to sum up, we would highly recommend this hotel. We would return here in future.
Hope this review has helped, just go and have a wonderful holiday at Three Corners St. George Hotel!!!

This was by far the best hotel I’ve been to. The hotel staff were amazing, The Three Corners Saint George hotel itself was very clean and the food was outstanding, I couldnt have wished for more, well worth the money. I will be rebooking to go back in december this year . I would like to thank everybody in thest george for a wonderful holiday and some of the best memories and cant wait to see everyone again. A special big thankyou to Mr Hany for all his help with my western union dilemma. I have and will continue to recommend st george to everyone i know as its perfect in everyway. See you all soon Rachel x x

Hotel The Ritz-carlton, Sharm El Sheikh Holiday Reviews

Hotel The Ritz-carlton, Sharm El Sheikh

We returned from a week in this lovely hotel a few days ago.
I was a little nervous having read some of the negative reviews before going, but needn’t have worried! The hotel is beautiful! A stunning lobby greets you as you walk through the entrance door, high ceilings, beautifully lit, and vast! The place is huge!
Our room was a a sea view double, and the view really was so so lovely! The room itself was immacultely clean, spotless and very spacious. Nice big bathroom with one sink, one bath, an enclosed toilet and a seperate walk-in shower. The shower itself could have been better considering the 5 star status, but it was perfectly adequate. We had 2 double beds, one firm and one soft!! We LOVED having 2 beds to stretch out in, not sure if the different mattresses were a deliberate ‘choice’ or just coincidence, but I thought it was a nice touch nonetheless. The pillows were plump and soft and when we requested more pillows they were delivered to our room immediately!
We had the buffet breakfast everyday and the choice was wonderful, so much to choose from and everything lovely and fresh. The staff almost tripping over themselves to accommodate you and make sure you are happy! So friendly!
The pools are absolutely gorgeous!! One is even heated!! Although in June this wasn’t really necessary as all the pools were lovely and warm anyway!! Very clean. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, we had a choice of loads everyday, and there is a lovely lifeguard who also provides the towels for the sunbeds, there seems to be an unlimited supply! Service around the pool is great, they will bring you anything you ask for, drinks and food! They also came round a couple of times a day with complementary melon slices!
The hotel was very quiet whilst we were there, possibly due to the credit crunch? It was only about 40% occupied, so there was no problems with overcrowding or getting tables in the lovely restaurants.
The food is delicious! We had no tummy upsets at all, even though we went prepared with all sorts of immodium and rehydration salts!! Our tour guide advised us not to drink the tap water, so we didn’t, just sticking to bottled water, but we cleaned our teeth with the tap water and we were fine! We had ice in our drinks too which didn’t upset us at all!
We were advised too, to not buy anything in the hotel as it is very expensive, but to be honest, we’re a bit lazy and didn’t want to walk to the supermarket to buy supplies, so didn’t mind paying the extra for the convenience (we were on holiday after all!!) and actually it wasn’t that expensive! We live in London where everything costs a fortune anyway so we didn’t find that the hotel was very expensive. We had dinner in the Italian restaurant one night and the bill came to about £120 for the 2 of us, that was for 3 courses of really lovely food, and a bottle of pink champagne! We would pay that and more for the same sort of dinner in a nice restaurant in London. There was also a buffet evening meal but we didn’t try this so can’t comment but am sure it would have been lovely.
We had room service a lot (everyday!!) which we found efficient and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for the staff! We only stayed bed and breakfast and our final bill on checkout was just over £600! That is a fraction of the bills we usually rack up when on holiday!
We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to anyone!! Actually it’s a quiet hotel, there’s a pianist and singer in the bar in the evenings, other than that there’s no nightlife, so don’t go here if you’re looking for a wild party! (exactly our kind of place!)

We just got back from a weeks stay at the Ritz. This was a last minute booking & did not have time to check prior reviews.

It was advertised as 5* but aside from the lovely Italian & Japanese restaurant, it was a low 4 at most.

Pool area – Two pools, all well maintained but the area was peeling & in need of restoration. The pool service was appaling-apparantly due to recent staff cut backs. Expect to pay £5.50 for two cokes. Daily water aerobics advertised but never happened, no music or entertainment around the pool at all.

Room – we had a standard room & it was very large with a balcony. Very average bathroom, with bath tatty and peeling & the shower was hit & miss. Free bottles of water daily but no turn down service. Our room was a good 10 minute walk to the pool & reception area, inc passing an area smelling of sewage.

Restaurants – High quality food in the Italian, Japanese & Lebonese restaurant – expect to pay around £100 for two courses with water & Egyptian wine. They are very quiet of an evening so bookings not always needed. Lunchtime food by the sea is nice, but watch how they don’t give you a full glass of wine when you order by the glass.

Recommendations – get an upgraded room near to reception, takes lot’s of cash & do a few trips to get out.

Hotel Sunrise Tirana Aquapark Sharm Holiday Reviews

Hotel Sunrise Tirana Aquapark Sharm

Sunrise Tirana Aquapark is the best hotel I’ve been to in sharm! I’ve travelled to sharm on many occasions, I’ve been to most of the decent hotels over there, like the Gran Rotana, Savoy, Grand Azure, Pyramisa, and Hilton waterfalls, this seems to be the best by far!

Food was superb, always a good selection and hot, even for the moaning faces!!!we went for 11 nights and we never even had to entertain the A la carte, even though i was told, the service and food was exquisite! Also my daughter is a veggy, she was well sorted too, All staff in the kitchens and dining areas were pleasant well mannered, helpful and there to please, i really cant say enough, Ahmed in the dining area, and all his co workers were superb, took time to get to know my family, and made my sons Birthday extra special, he told me it was the best birthday ever!!!! and he’s 12!
The rooms were really nice and modern, spacious, and spotless, we had an excellent view from our balcony, of the pools and resort and Sunset, and wot a sunset! Our room cleaner Abdul Hamed was lovely, a friend for life, he done everything possible to make our stay comfy.
The pools and water slides were great for all the family from the oldies to the kids you’ll love it really! Tempratures were perfect, pool bar staff were always there topping you up etc, too be honest i felt bad they worked almost too hard! Ahmed the slide supervisor was also a darling, we will miss him, really good with the kids, making sure everyone was safe etc, your a diamond Ahmed x

The entertainment and animation team were really good for egypt as most is really low key, great hotel for kids, the animation team were on the go all day and all night, providing good acts and comedy shows, daytime aerobics etc. Lolita provided the entertainment she was a singer, great really nice girl, also got to know the family! Lolita thanks you done really well considering she sang in 4 languages! and dont miss egyptian night.
Hope to return later this year.
BIG THANKS TO ALL STAFF FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!

I can confirm that the Sunrise Tirana Aquapark hotel is class. We had an excellent holiday. I will not go in to too much depth as most reviews have covered evertything I would say.

Only problem for the two of us was the evening entertainment. Most nights we went out of the hotel by taxi to Naama Bay. There is nowhere particularly in the vicinity to walk too, although this may change over the coming years.

Staff were superb, especially Mohamed (thats name of about 75% of staff) who walks about the pool fetching drinks from the bar to your sunbed. He was amazing, never stopped all day.

Hotel Sol Y Mar Mirabel Beach Resort Sharm

Have just come back from a weeks stay at the mirabel beach, first impressions wow what a place the reception area marble floors, pillars and gorgeous chandliers, check in easy with polite staff with a welcome drink from the adjoining bar if we so required. we were handed our keys and shown to our accomodation, shortly followed by the porter with our cases, although there was just the two of us we had a family room consisting of a huge king size bed, a separate lounge area with two settees (could be converted to single beds), a good sized bathroom with walk in shower, toilet/bidet and freebee soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a lovely good sized balcony and we were lucky enough to be overlooking the pool area with lovely landscaped gardens, well maintained with pretty flowers and palm trees. The staff from the gardeners to head waiters and chefs were ever so polite and nothing was to much trouble, we enjoyed the food in the restraunts although we didn’t try the a la carte (1 free visit per stay), the complex is right on the beach with a pool bar serving cold drinks all day, sun beds and umbrellas all provided on the beach and around the pool, a ticket system for beach towels which enables you to have a clean towel every day provided you hand in your ticket and return your towels after use- great nice clean towels every day, works well.
I would say a little short on evening entertainment, but some lovely bars inside and out and lovely and comfortable, kept us going!. This was our first visit to egypt and will not be our last, and would definately go back to Mirabel Beach – A great holiday, great hotel, great staff, well done and thank you.

Stayed with husband at Mirabel Beach for two weeks. Never been to Egypt before and not sure what to expect.
Airport a bit confusing as not much direction given as to what to do once you get off bus from plane and enter the airport. Once we handed in Landing Forms, paid for Visa and handed in Swine Flu Form we were free to collect our luggage and were away on air conditioned coach to hotel. The transfer takes about 15-20 minutes.

During the holiday regularly saw planes flying over hotel but the noise was not an issue at all. It was actually really interesting to watch them as they do come over quite low.

Walked into hotel and was completely awe struck. Reception and Lobby very spacious and plush. On check in spent a couple of minutes completing forms and were then directed to our room. Luggage arrived at room 15 minutes later.
Due to lateness of arrival, small selection of food laid on for us which was a really nice touch.

Room – Excellent, pool view from balcony and could even see the beach. The room was spacious consisting of bedroom, TV and fridge (minibar – not part of all inclusive). Living room area with two sofa settee beds against each wall. Hallway with good storage facilities and safe. Bathroom really spacious with walk in shower. Really good air conditioning, which we needed as so hot! The overall decor was very good and neutral colours. Room cleaned daily and towels could be changed daily if required. Regularly received flowers in room from housekeeper and occasionally had towel decorations on the bed.

Restaurants – Two formal eating places. One was more stricter on dress code – men to wear trousers for the evening meal, the other accepted cut offs and shorts. The food was of a very good standard at breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Always a large selection of food and different throughout the fortnight. I did hear some people say that there was nothing for them to eat! Well if you can not eat Venison, Veal, Beef, Seabass, Tiger Prawns, Calamari, Oysters, Pasta, Potatoes, Vegetables, Rice etc then maybe this is not the place for you! I will admit that food was not always piping hot but the staff were regularly replenishing the trays and I expect this when it is self service. The staff in restaurants do work very hard but on a couple of occasions were slow to deliver drinks to the table and were slow turning tables over. I believe this could be resolved by having a few extra staff in the restaurant.
We generally ate in the snack bars at Lunch time. Limited choice of food but what we had was good, Pizza, Burger, Pasta and Sandwiches.
We used our Worldwide Travel Meal Voucher to eat in the Lebanese restaurant. It was fantastic, three course meal with drinks and friendly staff.

In the evenings generally sat outside from bar area. Our waiter Ramy was excellent, very polite, efficient and took real pride in his work. 99% of the time we had drinks delivered to our table along with crisps, popcorn and nuts in the evening . The All Inclusive was local drinks but still a good selection. The entertainment was not brilliant but it sufficed.

Pools were lovely and clean and the grounds were immaculate. The drink huts by the pools were good serving hot and cold drinks. Sometimes drinks delivered to you but depended on the staffing. Sammy was fantastic. The hotel is really spacious and we had no problem securing sunbeds.
The beach was ok, very clean and not overcrowded but consists of shingle rather than sand. Not a major problem just a pain on your feet! Buy the correct footwear.

The hotel has a gym and spa but we did not use them. Gym would have been to energetic in the heat and found the spa really expenses.

Only ventured outside complex twice once to visit Nabq Bay shopping/bar area and once on a boat trip. Really recommend the snorkling. I seen some wonderful fish and coral and the water is really warm and clear.

Shopping was for me a bit of a nightmare. Good selection of shops on complex. Not really good at haggling and did feel at times pestered to enter the shops. You just have to be firm and direct which took a couple of days for me to master as at first I felt quite rude.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, Hotel was excellent, staff were friendly and efficient and food was of a higher standard than I expected. The grounds to the hotel are lovely and well maintained. There is not a great deal outside of the complex but a 20-25 minute walk takes you to the nearest shops/bars etc. There is a lot of building work taking place but never heard it. Nearly everyone we spoke too, including ourselves had at least one day where illness struck. Pharmacy on complex very good but prices inconsistant. Really do not think it was the food and all water is bottled and sealed. The money is a bit suspect and saw alot of people using Anti Bacterial Handwash!

There are alot of trips available but personally would go back during a cooler time of year to experience them.

We did tip certain staff but never felt that we had to. We would return to this hotel and are even considering it for next year. had a totally relaxing, chilled out holiday and met some lovely people.

Hotel Sunrise Island View Resort Sharm

Me and my partner went here for our honeymoon in May 2019. We were meant to be going to mexico but had to cancel due to swine flu. It was the best thing that could have happened. The hotel is amazing, food outstanding and entertainment wonderful. You dont need to leave hotel there is something there for everyone. We went to watch and get involved in the shows every nite and then went to hotel disco for a few drinks and a dance. The animation team who did the entertainment did trips out of the hotel to different night clubs which was great as it meant you were with people and knew you were safe. myself and partner did get a little poorly with a stomach upset however the pharmacy doctor was fantastic. The pharmacy is right outside hotel and he gave us medication that helped. Its just one of those things, you have to get used to the heat and different foods. The food in hotel was checked by management on regular basis and the choice of food was out of this world, the stomach upset was definatly nothing to do with hotel food, everything was too clean and management were strict with staff about service. We went snorkelling at the private beach and the fish you see is unbelievable. We met some wonderful people and are currently looking at booking to go back next year at the same time. The only thing, make sure you have high factor sun cream, it does get hot but that made the holiday as i came back with a wonderful tan! Would recommend this hotel to families, and couples of all ages! This hotel is not given the good ratings it deserves, i have recommended this hotel to two people and we have only been back three days. Brilliant Holiday!

The only thing we can say about this holiday was it was the best holiday we have ever had. The hotel was brilliant and our junior suite was just what we had requested via the travel agents who booked this holiday for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly and only aided in make the holiday one to remember. When it came to food – well the choice was amazing especially when catering for people from so many different countries, although neither of us are fussy eaters I would not believe it if anybody could state that they couldn’t find anything to eat. If there was anything that I would say was a bit of a disappointment and that was that we could not walk out into the sea from the private beach because of the reef but having said that when you walk along the pontoons and look down into the clear clean sea you would be amazed at all the beautifully coloured fish that you can see and that is without snorkelling.
We enjoyed the holiday that much that we were only home 4 days and have book to go back out in December , the temperatures may not be quite so high by then as they reached the dizzy heights of 40 degrees on 2 consecutive days and for the rest of the week averaged about 38, and not a cloud in sight. Even at nights the average temp only dropped to 21 degrees so definately no woolies required!

This was just the mid year break we needed and the resort was ideal for our needs. We had a junior suite and was located down by pool 4 – we stepped out to a garden and overlooked the sea, that’s a good start for us! Negative to that: only because the hotel next door (Concorde) had a couple of beach parties into the early hours, just wish our resort had thought of having them too..

Seeing other reviews about the dining, we found the choices very wide but agree to some extend that the kept warm food and powerful air con in the dining rooms was not a good mix. As with most AI resorts, the clash of guests getting ready to leave and new guests arriving, doubled up the number of diners on one of the nights which caused problems in adequate seating. We dined in both the Italian and Fatima restaurants and were happy with the food and service in both.

If there is anywhere in the world that doesn’t have the towel on the sun bed syndrome, please let me know. We can only speak for pool 4 which was our ‘local pool’, fair enough if you are actually there making use of the sunbeds but was annoying to see a number of beds with just a towel keeping them company all day. But that’s a problem with fellow guests not the resort.

The animation team work hard day and night and are nice friendly guys, hats off to you!

Overall we think this resort has something for everyone – you don’t have to be in all the areas all of the time and it worked for us.

Staff here are so welcoming & will try their very best to make holiday the best. With travel agent had asked for pool view-on arrival did not have but when requested at the front desk we where able to move the next day, made stay more enjoyable. All staff are so polite & really this is why I come back. Value for money…rooms are in need of decoration but very clean which is important. Food is fab, lots to choose from so somthing for everyone-remember this is a different culturer/country so be prepared to try. Alcohol is horrid but then it is a Muslim country so I stayed with shandy & white wine lemonade which I found great. Ice cream in afternoon you have to be quick as once gone no top up!!! I love it here, simple no frills but as I said made to feel so welcome & for me that is what makes my holiday. Sunshine-lots & hotel staff-friendly. Ticks all my boxes! Hope you enjoy your time as I do. For sure I will be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially recreation team, they get you to join in everything. Dont worry about the airport being next door, we didnt hear much noise at all during night. Water slides good fun, they have slide races. Night time entertainment average but good fun(i know i keep repeating this but it is fun). Not keen on location, you can go down to beach but if you are like me and like to lay on beach and keep going in and out of water you are not allowed because of the coral (beach is at sister hotel round the corner, walking distance of about 5mins). If you want to go in water you have to walk along the floating jetty and jump in, no good if you cant swim. We stayed in resort most of the time because it is so expensive to have a drink anywhere. If you want to book any trips I suggest you book them with Adam from the dive school, his rates are a lot lower than the reps and they are more reliable. Rooms are basic but clean, except shower which looked a bit dodgy. Good variety of food, chance to eat in Italian or BBQ once a week.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times and we always feel so welcome. The staff cant do enough for us. Everybody is so friendly and they all make us feel at home. There is a lot to do in Sharm el Sheikh, but I strongly advise anyone who wants to do ANY excursion to speak to Adam first (he has a desk situated in the lobby and he works for the diving centre). Adam is very honest and cheap and he can arrange almost anything. This is a great hotel and we will definately go back again soon!
