
Sharm el-Sheikh s an Egyptian resort on the Red Sea Coast, in the southern part of Sinai. The climate is subtropical desert, with very mild winters and very hot summers. Hurghada is slight cooler than Sharm.
July is the hottest month in Sharm with an average temperature of 33°C (91°F) and the coldest is January at 18°C (64°F) with 13 hours of sunshine in August. The wettest month is December with an average of less than an inch of rain.






Anyway back to the restaurant itself, as I mentioned the restaurant itself is in the quieter part of town, so unless you know about it in advance you may not find it so I have added directions for you at the bottom of the page. Most of the restaurants in Luxor rely on passing trade a luxury that this restaurant doesn’t have, so I find it quite amazing that this restaurant has gained number one status merely on recommendations. Congratulations Jewel in the Nile, I was about to wish you continued good luck but you don’t need it your restaurant speaks for itself, so all I’ll say is a heartfelt thank you for the best two evenings we had in Luxor.
